Zachary Cann

Zach Cann grew up at Camelback Bible Church. His parents, Bruce and Mary Cann, were missionaries of CBC for eight years. In 1998 Zach went to Africa with Bob Moffitt, the director of Harvest and chairman of the CBC missions committee. Since then Zach has done short-term missions work in

Brazil

Spain

Zach graduated from Arizona State University in May 2007 with degrees in journalism and Spanish. He is currently working on a two-year project with Harvest. The purpose of this project is to record stories of seed projects from areas of the world where Harvest teaching and materials have had an impact. To do this requires travel to various mission fields in Asia, Africa, and South America. The seed projects will be recorded through photography and written stories. The goal is to put these stories and photos into three booklets; one for every continent. Each booklet with have 5-7 stories which can help pastors and church members understand the purpose of seed projects and help spark creativity in the planning of such projects. As of the end of 2007, Zach has visited five countries in Asia:

India

Nepal

Philippines

Thailand

, and

Myanmar

. Work has begun on the booklet for Asia. The Harvest Project will continue in 2008 with trips to six countries in Africa, several locations in the

United States

, and possibly a return trip to Asia with Bob Moffitt.
