2010 Men's Retreat

Our Speaker Pastor Kynes is the senior pastor of Cornerstone Evangelical Free Church in Annandale, VA and council member of The Gospel Coalition. He and his wife Susan have four boys: Will, Matthew, Cameron, and Cason. Bill grew up in Tampa, FL, and graduated from H.B. Plant High School. He received the Thom McAn Trophy as the nation’s top high school scholar-athlete. He was an undergraduate at the University of Florida with a major in philosophy. There he also played quarterback on the football team and was later inducted into the university’s Athletic Hall of Fame. He attended Oxford University as a Rhodes Scholar, receiving an M.A. in theology. He received an M.Div. from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, in Deerfield, IL, before returning to England for a Ph.D. in New Testament from Cambridge University. From 1997-1999, he served as an adjunct professor in New Testament for the Trinity Washington, D.C., Extension Program. He is the editor of The Ministerial Forum, a publication of the Evangelical Free Church of America Ministerial Association, and has served on a number of boards of the EFCA and other Christian organizations.    Chapel Rock Chapel Rock is 20 wooded acres in Prescott, Arizona. You are not registered until your deposit is received. The balance of your cost is due by September 8, 2010. Registrations attempted after the deadline are subject to available openings and a late fee to the retreat facility.
