Instructions
Registration is first come first serve. A $50 deposit must be received at time of registration to hold your space. You are not registered until your deposit is received. The balance of your cost is due by September 8, 2010. Registrations attempted after the deadline are subject to available openings and a late fee to the retreat facility. To register on paper, simply submit registration forms to your church contact along with your deposit payable to Camelback Bible Church. To register online, simply complete the form below, then mail your deposit payable to Camelback Bible Church, 3900 E. Stanford Drive, Paradise Valley AZ 85253. Please print "Men's Retreat" on your payment envelope.

The registration deadline is September 8, 2010.
